4.3 VIP Cashback Program

Regular players receive weekly cashback according to their VIP level. Cashback applies to weekly net losses: up to 0.2% at Bronze level, 0.5% at Silver, 0.8% at Gold and 1.0% at Platinum. Example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback.

5.1 General Betting Policy

All bets placed on the rbaje platform are placed at the user's own risk. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled, unless otherwise stated in the rules of a specific game or market.

5.2 Cancellations and Refunds

• If an event is cancelled or a result is not determined, the bet amount is generally refunded.
